Rules:

- Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with the windows closed.

- Visitors and parties are not allowed in the apartment (please inform us if a guest will arrive after check-in).

- Please take care of the bed linen and towels; if stains cannot be removed, the corresponding amount will be charged to the reservation holder.

- We reserve the right to take appropriate action in case of parties, loud noises, illegal activities, or any other incidents within the premises.

- We do not provide luggage storage service, and the reception does not allow luggage to be stored, so please make the necessary arrangements.

- The pool is only available during the summer season (December to March).
